Rob,

Glad to hear it. I really would have liked to stay for the entire event, but I had a lot planned for that day! Thanks for promoting Open Source Software and participating in SFD2010!!

Thank you for joining us at our Software Freedom Day event at FAU earlier in the day. Overall, I think the event was a success. With Q&A we even passed our set 4 pm time frame.

I would love to join Ubuntu Florida, I have been a Ubuntu user and Semi Developer for the past 6 years. Also have taught multiple classes on basic Ubuntu terminal commands. I currently own a small computer company in Orlando Fl, and would like to get more involved in the Ubuntu community.

Am assuming you know about Flux ( http://www.flux.org/ ) and PBCLUG ( http://www.pbclug.org/ ). Thought I'd mention the groups, because I'm not sure if they know about you and your group. You may want to let them know about you. Am sure PBCLUG could use some help/volunteers with Software Freedom Day this year if you want to further promote Ubuntu at the event.

At what stage are the two space requirements displayed- I followed the instructions and tried a beta upgrade to 10.4, but I'm still getting the out-of-space error. Do these instructions work on beta upgrades (with update-manager called with -d)?
